Could therapy be right for me?
Does anxiety feel like it controls your life?
Do past experiences or emotions still affect you?
Do you sometimes feel out of step with a world that isn’t built for the way your mind works?
Do you find it hard to feel close or connected to the people around you?
Do you feel stuck or unable to move forward in life?
Do negative thoughts or self-criticism hold you back?
Do you feel like life should be easier than it is?
Therapy can help you understand yourself better, release what’s holding you back, and move toward a calmer and more balanced life

I'm Blanca Gracia
Qualified psychotherapist specialising in trauma, offering online sessions for adults.
Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we explore the challenges you’re facing.
As a therapist, I focus on building a trusting, non-judgmental environment where you can feel genuinely heard and valued.
My goal is to help you uncover the roots of what’s happening, so you can move toward a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life — reconnecting with your strengths, resilience, and sense of possibility.

My Therapeutic Approach
I take an integrative and trauma-informed approach, drawing on elements of CBT, ACT, attachment theory, EMDR, and DBT.
My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to explore whatever may be bringing you to therapy. I value openness and collaboration, helping you make sense of your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
Together, we’ll work towards strengthening emotional balance, self-esteem, and self-awareness, while exploring the patterns and experiences that may be impacting your present life and relationships.
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you reconnect with your own inner resources, resilience, and capacity for change. Every person’s story is unique, which is why I tailor the therapeutic process to your individual needs and experiences.
Life can leave us carrying experiences that feel overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to process. By understanding how the past can shape the present, therapy can support you in developing healthier ways to cope and relate, so you can feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.
